Inspiration for this wobble shot came from Rainier Cherry Day and Cherry Day.

 
 

Ingredients

 

Wild Roots Dark Sweet Cherry

Infused with over a pound of real cherries, this infusion perfectly replicates the complexity of a Bing cherry. This vodka combines the earthy, chocolatey and tangy notes of a rich cherry for a smooth and velvety finish.

 
 
 

Cherry Juice

Gelatin

Honey

Sugar

 

 

How it’s made…

Here is what we did



CHERRY

  1. Heat 1 ½ cup Cherry Juice

  2. Bloom gelatin and 1tbs honey then mix

  3. Spray non stick on the mold and blot off excess non stick spray

  4. Add 3/4  cup Wild Roots Cherry Vodka and mix

  5. Pour into mold

  6. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours


CHERRY STEM

  1. Heat 2 ½ cup sugar and ½ cup water

  2. Continuously stir until light brown

  3. Drizzle onto foil into long strands

  4. Let harden, about 45 minutes


FINAL ASSEMBLY

  1. Carefully remove from mold

  2. Add stem

  3. Add edible leaf (optional)

 

There’s no sense sitting around waiting for the gelatin to get firm.
Make yourself a cocktail while you wait for the gelatin to sit.


DIRTY SHIRLEY

  • 2 oz Wild Roots Dark Sweet Cherry Vodka

  • 7UP

Pour over ice and garnish with lime slice or cherry.
