The Make Them Wobble Story….
Make Them Wobble started as a hobby tumblr blog in 2011, when Amy decided she wanted to experiment with what we think of as a traditional Jell-o Shots. The 2011 version of these boozy gelatin filled shots started with traditional Jell-o and quickly transformed into “wobble shots” that contained gelatin but no longer used Jell-o. Make Them Wobble elevated Jell-o shots beyond boxed powder and bottom shelf liquor with wobble shots featuring creations like Chambord with a fresh raspberry reduction topped with a Raspberry Fruit Leather Twist.
Fast forward ten years and Amy’s appreciation of spirits and craft cocktails has grown tremendously and access to better photo tools is more prevalent. For the 10th anniversary we’ve decided to take the wobble off the tumblr, and reintroduce these refined and reimagined wobble shots as well as adding plenty of new recipes to the mix.
