Ingredients

 

Skrewball

Skrewball is THE Original Peanut Butter Flavored Whiskey adored for its roasted peanut, honey, vanilla and toasted flavor notes. Born in Ocean Beach, CA, Skrewball was "Developed by Bartenders, for Bartenders."

 
 
 

Heavy Whipping Cream

Brown Food Coloring

Sugar

Gelatin

Marshmallow Creme

 

 

How it’s made…

Here is what we did

  1. Bloom gelatin

  2. Heat 1/2 cup  heavy whipping cream and 2 tbs sugar over low heat and stir until dissolved

  3. Spray non stick on the mold and blot off excess non stick spray

  4. Remove pan from heat, pour mixture through a strainer into a large measuring cup

  5. Add ¼ cup of Skrewball Peanut butter Whiskey

  6. Add 3 drops of brown food coloring and stir

  7. Pour into mold, use a toothpick to poke unwanted air bubbles 

  8. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours

  9. Carefully remove from mold

  10. Add marshmallow creme on top of the wobble shot

  11. Use a creme brulee torch to lightly toast the top of the marshmallow creme

  12. Enjoy!

 

There’s no sense sitting around waiting for the gelatin to get firm.
Make yourself a cocktail while you wait for the gelatin to sit.

Peanut Butter & Jealous

  • 1.5oz of Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey

  • .75oz of raspberry liqueur

  • 1oz Half and half

Shake vigorously, double strain and pour into a coupe. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
