In honor of National Vanilla Pudding day, we created this Icelandic themed vanilla pudding wobble shot with a kick of berries, rose and rhubarb notes.

 
 

Ingredients

 

Finlandia Botanical Wildberry and Rose Vodka

Instant Vanilla Pudding

How it’s made…

Here is what we did

  1. Bloom 2 tablespoons of gelatin.

  2. Spray molds with nonstick spray.

  3. Mix instant pudding package into 1 cup of cold whole milk.

  4. Add bloomed gelatin into the pudding mix

  5. Add 1/2 cup vodka to the pudding mixture

  6. Add 1/3 cup 64 Reykjavik Rhubaerb Liqueur

  7. Pour into molds and allow to chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

  8. Unmold and garnish with a sugar ball.

 

There’s no sense sitting around waiting for the gelatin to get firm.

The Betty White

  • 2 oz Finlandia Wildberry & Rose Botanical

  • 5 oz White Peach Calpico

  • Cucumber Ribbons

  • Sliced Starfruit

Using a vegetable peeler, peel ribbons of cucumber lengthwise and spiral a ribbon inside a tall collins glass.

Fill with ice.

Pour over the cocktail ingredients and garnish with a cucumber ribbon and sliced starfruit on a pick.
