This journey into gelatin started in 2011 when a close friend mentioned that they didn’t like cake. With their birthday party on the horizon, I set out to find a fun substitution for birthday cake. After making birthday cake shots, an obsession was born. The following post is from the old school days of 2011 when our photography skills, and, perhaps our taste in spirts was not as advanced as it is today.
